Reduce Energy Use DC recognized by the Council of the District of Columbia

The Council of the District of Columbia unanimously approved a Ceremonial Resolution introduced by Councilmember McDuffie that not only establishes October 7th as Energy Efficiency Day of 2020, but also recognizes the Reduce Energy Use DC initiative.
